酱油大虾
想念上海油爆大虾的味道,不过自己烧的话,始终下不了这个狠心放油。所以折中做了这个酱油大虾。忽然觉得,这烧出来的都比妈妈的味道好些呢,哈哈哈。
食材:
急冻大虾约20只
1 tbs 酒
3 tbs 生抽
1 tsp 老抽
3 tbs 陈醋
少许盐
少许糖
少许油
1 根葱,切段
做法:
热锅下油,油热后放入大虾快速翻炒
至8成熟后,放入生抽、老抽、醋、盐、糖、葱段,继续快速翻炒
每只虾都沾上酱后出盘
简单又美味的家常菜。
