摘改自foodnetwork之Salmon with Curried Lentils,3-4人份。
食材:
- 罗非鱼腩 4 块
- 油 3 tbs
- 姜末 1 tbs
- 蒜 2 瓣,剁茸
- 红洋葱 1/4 个,切末
- 咖喱粉 3/4 tsp
- 红椒粉paprika 1 1/2 tsp
- 红兵豆 1/2 cup,洗净
- 盐 适量
做法:
- 热锅里下2 tbs的油,加姜末、蒜茸、红洋葱末,咖喱粉和1/2 tsp的红椒粉,中火煸香,至洋葱变软
- 加入兵豆,1/2 tsp的盐和2 1/2 cups的水,大火烧烤后,盖上盖(别盖严),小火煮并不时搅拌,至兵豆煮软烂
- 开盖后大火继续煮至变稠,加盐调味
- 同时烤鱼,烤箱预热450°F
- 将罗非鱼用1 tbs油和1/2 tsp盐、1 tsp红椒粉抹匀,放入抹了油的烤盘里
- 把鱼放入烤箱,每2.5cm厚的鱼,需要的时间是8分钟
- 鱼肉熟了以后,将兵豆盛入碟中,鱼肉置于上方,即食即可
原食谱用的是三文鱼,我家没有,就用罗非鱼替代。想来配三文鱼肯定更好吃,因为三文鱼更肥一些,入口更嫩滑,配上稠稠的兵豆,yum yum!

ReplyDeleteIt has been a while that I have eat Tilapia. We usually eat basa for weekday dinners which a cheaper option here at Melbourne. I would love to try this recipe with salmon fish. Yum!

We have few choices for fish here in Ottawa :> Tilapia is probably the cheapest one that we can get.
