番茄罗非鱼 Tilapia in Tomato Sauce
每周一鱼,实在需要变许多花样呀。最近做鱼都乱做,黄酱和番茄都试了,黄酱里为了增加口感还加了芹菜丁……兔牙哥看了这道菜说,好像剁椒鱼头啊,于是我又想做剁椒口味的,但首先……得有剁椒啊!
食材:
罗非鱼腩 2 整段
蒜瓣 1 瓣,切末
罐头番茄 2 cup,连番茄带汤汁
现成香料(我用的是montreal chicken...可见有多随意了。推荐用cajun混合香料) 2 tbs
干牛至 1 tbs
盐和黑胡椒 适量
做法:
热锅下油,炒香蒜末
下罐头番茄,煮开
放入鱼,开后焖煮至鱼肉熟透
用盐和黑胡椒调味,出锅后撒上干牛至装饰
超级快手菜,原料简单易得手,而且发挥可以随意……
