木耳凉拌豆腐 Tofu and Agaric with Cold Sauce
渥太华的夏天日头烈,气温高,这两天体感温度都到40度以上了。一到这时候,凉拌菜最美不过。家里有豆腐,妈妈以前带了木耳过来,拌一拌,大受欢迎,想起拍照了都吃掉一半了。
食材(3-4人份):
一包豆腐,约一磅
8 朵泡发木耳,撕开
1 根葱,切碎
3 tsp 生抽
3 tsp 醋
1/2 tsp 盐
1/2 tsp 糖
1 tsp 麻油
适量水
一点点辣酱
做法:
木耳煮过待用
碗里混合所有调料汁
豆腐切丁,和木耳一起小心拌入调料汁
最上撒葱碎,即可
这道菜属于夏天,还因为准备起来超简单,一点不流汗地,就好了。
